The first semester has come and gone so rapidly. We have added, subtracted, multiplied and divided. Along with reading, reading, reading! Please make sure that the students continue to practice all their skills over the long holiday break. Have a safe and enjoyable holiday. SEE YOU IN 2010!!
BURRRR…..It sure is mighty cool and brisk. The students seem to love this type of weather. They don’t like to wear a coat and seem to enjoy walking in the rain without an umbrella. 
Objectives for the week:
Social Studies: Complete Chapter 6 on Resources and Trade
Science: Introduce Natural Resources
Math: Using Data and Graphs
Language: Verbs
Reading: South America…graphic sources, main idea, and fluency
*We will observe Drug Awareness and Red Ribbon Week
